Maintenance and Insurance
Our team will coordinate and follow through when any type of maintenance is needed, in addition we will take care of any insurance requirements (when a case arises) offered by the Airbnb platform.
- Insurance Required: Each listing is insured by the Airbnb platform with $1 million host damage protection, which covers pet damage, deep cleaning and more.
- Supply purchases and maintenance management: Waloja will keep its team available for the preparation and management of these tasks.

Our rate, 15% per night
