House Rules
- En Ying Yang estamos en pro de reforestar, por ello, ten cuidado con el bosque y los jardines.
- Está prohibido subirte o sentarte en el techo de la casa o en sus barandales, puede ser peligroso o dañar la estructura.
- No se admiten personas extra, mascotas, niños o visitas.
- Los implementos de la cocina, son los únicos permitidos para usarse en ella, úsala bien.
- La leña para la chimenea tiene una medida estándar. Respeta ese tamaño, para evitar daños o accidentes con el vidrio.
- Si utilizas la fogata, debe ser en el espacio delimitado para esta. Evitemos accidentes.
- No debes utilizar la lavadora a menos que tu estadía sea por mas de 3 días.
- Disfruta del bádminton o el pickleball, pero cuando termines tu juego recuerda recoger los elementos y ponerlos en su lugar.
- Están prohibidos los clavados a la piscina o, caminar por los bordes de la misma.
- Debes ducharte primero para meterte a la piscina, evitemos ensuciar el agua.
- Está prohibido orinar en la piscina.
- Está prohibido llevar envases de vidrio a la piscina, lleva vasos plásticos o latas y bota la basura en la caneca dispuesta allí.
- No utilizar la escalera de la piscina con mas de una persona a la vez.
- Se prohíbe el uso de cigarrillos o velas, pues nuestra arquitectura cuenta con muchísima madera y paisaje en verde que puede afectarse con residuos mal apagadas.
- Yin yang está alineado con la naturaleza, no eches jabones, geles, o espumas en el jacuzzi y te pedimos no llenarlo mas de 1 vez durante la estadía para cuidar el agua.
- Yin yang se entrega en perfecto estado, regrésala cuidada y sin basura al rededor.
- Evita manipular los breakers, la llave principal de agua, la presión y el calentador. Comunícate si hay problemas, para ayudarte.
- Está prohibido sacar los tendidos de las camas, controles, demás enseres y mobiliario del interior, para afuera de la casa.
- Está prohibido sentarte o poner equipaje sobre los Baúles de las habitaciones, la mesa de la isla o el mesón de la cocina.
- Las piezas de arte en la casa y su exterior son para disfrutarlas visualmente. Por favor no las manipules.
- Evita echar cabello, tampones, toallas higiénicas y basura por el inodoro.
- Si utilizas el espacio de boxeo, recuerda regresar los guantes a su lugar después de tu entrenamiento, y está totalmente prohibido colgarse del saco.

Guests can easily access the chalet through a convenient, self-check-in keypad system, ensuring a smooth and independent arrival. Once inside, they can enjoy a wide range of amenities, including a jacuzzi, swimming pool, BBQ area, bonfire pit, badminton court, fireplace, home cinema, and board games. For those seeking tranquility, a peaceful stroll through the forested grounds offers a serene and captivating experience.
Additionally, the property features breathtaking views and direct access to the reservoir. While access is allowed, we recommend caution due to fluctuating water levels, which vary by season and weather conditions. We also kindly ask guests to respect the natural surroundings, as the area is undergoing reforestation.

We offer ultra-fast Wi-Fi at 5,000 Mbps so you can easily enjoy your favorite streaming platforms, work remotely, or conduct virtual meetings without interruption.
As a special welcome, we provide all the ingredients for a delicious breakfast on your first morning! (Breakfast is self-prepared unless you request service in advance.)
External visitors or additional guests are not permitted for day visits or overnight stays. Yin Yang is designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 guests, ensuring a peaceful and exclusive experience for you.
Environmental care is very important to us. To conserve water, we kindly request that you only fill the jacuzzi once during your stay. Guests will need to fill it upon arrival to ensure fresh, clean water, or you can request to have it pre-filled before your check-in if you'd like to use it immediately.
