House Rules
- IMPORTANTMINORS: Minors will only be permitted entry if accompanied by their biological parents and can provide the necessary documentation for verification. If minors are brought onto the premises without parental consent, the police will be contacted, and a fine of 1000 USD will be imposed by Waloja.
- Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house or any area where it may affect others. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of 200 USD, as imposed by Waloja.
- In the event that a guest is not present in the apartment at the designated check-out time of 11:00 AM and cannot be located within the building, our staff reserves the right to enter the apartment, pack any remaining belongings, and leave them in the lobby.
- Any inappropriate behavior within the common areas of the house, including but not limited to drug use, property damage, physical altercations, or sexual misconduct, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in a fine of 200 USD, as enforced by Waloja.
Pets are just allowed if the guest has registered them accordingly before check in. Additionally, you should be responsible for the waste your pets leave behind. If not, the owner will charge a fine of 200USD
- Consumption of alcohol is not permitted within the common areas of the building.
- Any breaches of these rules will result in fines, and the guest will be promptly notified by Waloja.
-By law we can’t allow more than 24 people inside the Villa, please
make sure to follow this rule. The property can only be occupied by the renter and their registered guests, It's not allowed to borrow or let someone else besides you occupy the property. If this happens, the contract can be finished and cancelled immediately with no right to any refund from the moment of the events, and the owner will charge a fine of 300USD

Our villa features 4 exquisitely decorated rooms, each designed to offer you maximum comfort. The rooms are equipped with King, Double, and Single beds, high-quality linens, a refrigerator, ceiling fan, and air conditioning, ensuring a restful sleep after a day full of activities on the beach.
Enjoy the luxury of having a private beach just steps from your room. Relax under the sun, take a walk on the sand, or dive into the Caribbean Sea. For adventurers, we offer paddleboarding equipment so you can explore the crystal-clear waters of Coveñas.
In addition to comfortable rooms and exceptional service, our villa is equipped with all the amenities you need for a perfect stay. We include high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a fully equipped kitchen for those who prefer to cook. We also have lounge areas with hammocks and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea breeze.

1. Private Chef. A private chef can be arranged to cook during your stay. The price will be determined based on specific needs.
2. Professional Masseuse. We have a fully professional masseuse available for our villa. Massages can be booked in advance, and the price will be provided accordingly.
3. Private Tours. We can organize any private tour to the islands with prior notice. The cost will be negotiated with the operators we recommend.
4. Shopping: Our butler is available to handle any necessary shopping for guests upon request, with an additional fee to be paid directly to him at the time.
*These services are to be paid directly to the staff once on the property, with voluntary tips.
