House Rules
- IMPORTANTMINORS: Minors will only be permitted entry if accompanied by their biological parents and can provide the necessary documentation for verification. If minors are brought onto the premises without parental consent, the police will be contacted, and a fine of 1000 USD will be imposed by Waloja.
- Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM in the lobby.
- Please note that any noise or loud music after 10:00 PM is strictly prohibited.
Failure to comply will result in a fine of 200 USD, as administered by Waloja.
- We kindly request that there be no parties, bachelor parties, or events held inside the apartments.
- Professional videos or photos are not permitted to be taken inside the apartments or within the common areas of the building. Violation of this policy will result in a fine of 1000 USD, as enforced by Waloja.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment or any area where it may affect others. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of 200 USD, as imposed by Waloja.
- All guests must register in the lobby with a physical ID or passport. No exceptions will be made.
- In the event that a guest is not present in the apartment at the designated check-out time of 11:00 AM and cannot be located within the building, our staff reserves the right to enter the apartment, pack any remaining belongings, and leave them in the lobby.
- Please be advised that the number of guests allowed in each apartment is strictly limited:
1-bedroom apartment: Maximum occupancy of 2 people.
2-bedroom apartment: Maximum occupancy of 4 people.
3-bedroom apartment: Maximum occupancy of 6 people.
- Any inappropriate behavior within the common areas of the building, including but not limited to drug use, property damage, physical altercations, or sexual misconduct, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in a fine of 200 USD, as enforced by Waloja.
- The use of loudspeakers is prohibited within the common areas of the building.
- Consumption of alcohol is not permitted within the common areas of the building.
- Any breaches of these rules will result in fines, and the guest will be promptly notified by Waloja.

El Lago de Guatapé, también conocido como el Embalse de Guatapé, es una de las maravillas naturales más impresionantes de Colombia. Ubicado en el pintoresco municipio de Guatapé, en el departamento de Antioquia, este embalse se extiende por aproximadamente 65 kilómetros cuadrados y se forma a partir del río Nare. Sus aguas de un vibrante color turquesa contrastan espectacularmente con el verde exuberante de las colinas circundantes, creando un paisaje de belleza inigualable.
Rodeado por montañas y salpicado de islas y formaciones rocosas, el lago ofrece un entorno escénico que es a la vez sereno y majestuoso. El agua cristalina y la naturaleza que lo rodea invitan a la exploración y a la recreación. Los visitantes pueden disfrutar de paseos en bote, deportes acuáticos como el esquí y el wakeboard, o simplemente relajarse a lo largo de sus orillas.
