House Rules
- Check-in at 3:00 pm and check-out at 11:00 am in the lobby.
- No noise or loud music is allowed after 10:00 pm. In case of a loud noise, the building will charge a fine of 200 USD.
-No parties, bachelor parties or events are allowed inside the apartments.
- No professional videos or photos are allowed to be taken inside the apartments or in the common areas of the building. The building will charge a fine of 1000USD.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or throwing ashes. The building will charge a fine of 200 USD.
- You must register in the lobby with photo and original ID or passport. No guest will be allowed in without ID.
- Minors will not be allowed to enter unless they are with their biological parents and have the documents to prove it.
- If the guest is not in the apartment at 11 o'clock for check-out and is not in the building, our staff may enter the apartment to pack the things left inside and leave them in the lobby.
- Guests are allowed only according to the capacity of the apartment:
1 bedroom: maximum 2 people.
2 bedroom: maximum 4 people.
3 bedroom: maximum 6 people.
- Inappropriate behavior in the common areas of the building is NOT permitted (drug use, damage to property, fighting or violence, sexual acts) and will result in a fine of 200 USD.
- The use of loudspeakers in the common areas of the building is not permitted.
- The consumption of alcohol is not permitted in the common areas of the building.
- Any violation of the building rules will result in fines and the guest will be notified.
