- Pets are not allowed.

- Debe registrarse en el vestíbulo con foto y DNI o pasaporte original. No se permitirá la entrada a ningún huésped sin identificación.
- No se permitirá la entrada a menores a menos que estén con sus padres biológicos y tengan los documentos que lo demuestren.
- Si el huésped no está en el apartamento a las 11 en punto para el check-out y no se encuentra en el edificio, nuestro personal puede entrar en el apartamento para empaquetar las cosas dejadas dentro y dejarlas en el vestíbulo.
- Sólo se admiten huéspedes según la capacidad del apartamento:
1 habitación: máximo 2 personas.
2 habitaciones: máximo 4 personas.
3 habitaciones: máximo 6 personas.
- El comportamiento inadecuado en las zonas comunes del edificio NO está permitido (consumo de drogas, daños a la propiedad, peleas o violencia, actos sexuales) y dará lugar a una multa de 200 USD.
- No está permitido el uso de altavoces en las zonas comunes del edificio.
- El consumo de alcohol no está permitido en las zonas comunes del edificio.
- Cualquier violación de las normas del edificio dará lugar a multas y se notificará al huésped.
